An owl generally belongs to the class of birds, our owl in particular belongs to the very special and rare species of computer owls.
The owl's project is placed in the subject areas system development, portability and abstraction of machine and hardware respectively. We are engaged in solving crucial questions of IT that are still open: freedom of choice, long-life cycle and verifiability of programs and computer systems.
Matching with that we chose the owl as symbol - everywhere domiciled and operates unseen.
